The hotel location is extremely convenient, making travel around Geneva a breeze. However, the room setup was not ideal, being opposite and not joined in the 'Superior' category. The service was far from helpful initially but improved. The dining experience was below expectations, lacking variety. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel is close to major transport hubs.

The hotel was very tight for two occupants, especially with young children, and felt uncomfortably hot. Despite the polite and helpful staff who spoke multiple languages, the room service experience was not the best. The location, although central, was not relaxing but had excellent access to transport options. The dining options lacked variety and quality. Facilities need significant improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and beautifully adorned with a lovely veranda, but unfortunately, the temperature was uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep for two nights. The location was excellent, conveniently close to a supermarket and Geneva's attractions, and I felt very safe in the area. The dining options were relatively basic but sufficient, and the price was reasonable at 15 CHF. Overall, the hotel provided a pleasant stay but with some room for improvement.
